It is also my unhappiness that eventhough he is treated as great writer and journalist, nobody is here to recognize his originality and greatness.
I with that all will certainly extend your good-heartedness to make the people know about him.

నామిని గారిపై మీకున్న అభిప్రాయాన్ని అంతకంటే బాగా వేరే దగ్గర చెప్పుకోవచ్చు. కానీ ఆయనను గూర్చి చెప్పేందుకు పతంజలిని జూనియర్ ఆర్టిస్ట్ ని చేయనక్కరలేదు. పై నివాళి ఎవరైనా పనిగట్టుకుని రాయించారా అన్నట్టుగుంది మీరు రాసిన దానిని చూస్తే. బతికినంతకాలం పొగడ్తలు, సన్మానాలు గిట్టకుండా తన పనిని నిష్కామ కర్మ యోగిలా చేసుకుపోయిన పతంజలిని ఇలా అవమాన పరచవద్దు.

రాయలసీమ భాషలోని ఎన్నో సొగసైన పదాలను పరిచయం చేసిన ఘనత ఆయనదే!!
అద్భుతమైన ఆయన కథలు (ఉదా: బూడీసుల సుబ్రమణ్యం…) ఎన్నో ఏండ్లక్రితం చదివాను.

తెలంగాణ భాషలోని ఎన్నో పదాలను (100% తెలంగాణాలోనే వాడబడుతూ, మిగతా ప్రాంతాలవారికి తెలియని పదాలను) తెలియపరచడంలో ఒక తెలిదేవర భానుమూర్తికి సాటిగా (హాస్య యుక్తంగా.. రాయడంలో), పక్కా రాయలసీమ భాషలో రాస్తూ రంజంపజేసిన మహానుభావుడికి వందనాలు.

I was/ am fortunate enough to go through Namini Subrahmanyam Naidu (sorry for my Sanskritised spelling)’s tribute, ‘Naa Vistharaaku’, to K N Y Patanjali, immediately the demise of the writer.
Now, probably, thousands of Internet browsers, particularly the browsers of ‘Pranahita’ must also be opportune enough to read so.
Rather confining the text to narrow frames of obituaries/ homage, I call it an indigenous theme with native, original narration. I supposed with a notion that Namini mourns the death of Pathanjali. My notion was torn into pieces. I understood that the text moves beyond the indigenous theme and successfully depicted the saga of indigenous heritage of Campesino of Mittur (Rayalaseema)- Namini.
In that 30- reel mega film named Naa Vistharaaku, Namini is the protagonist, superman, star, idol and champion. Patanjali is only a junior artist (not even a guest-role). The hero leaves the countryside and obtains a masters degree, but contemplates and also achieves a new identity in the complex world of words. He emerges as a writer of golden nib, despite his proud ignorance, ranges from topographies of native state to literatures of neighbouring languages. With all his self-reliance, autonomy and independence of thought and writings, he altered, modified, transformed, revolutionized and amended Pathanjali, who was not with both feet on the ground. This junior artist- Patanjali was fond of a foreign writer- Leo Tolstoy. The hero, Namini had found and shown the aristocratic similarities between Patanjali (Raju garu) and Tolstoy. Patanjali used to write on some alien subjects (Khaki Vanam), spewing venom on Police. The protagonist, Namini, reformed him and brought him to reality/ nativity. Inspired by Namini, Patanjali, a new born, penned a story, with a different native, local narration.
There were some bad / tough times that succumbed Patanjali, but the hero Namini, with his entire firm, unbending, obstinate and steadfast values, had never yielded to the oddity of borrowing his pen to mean tele- serials, and remained conqueror.
Thus, this whole episode, lasted for dozens of pages in print, has been infused with new insights, heightened cultural consciousness among the students of literary history and oafish readers like me. Therefore, I must be grateful to Namini for his article. The article also erased the ‘wrong notions’ that Pantanjali, not only being head of the news desk at Tirupati, but also a prolific, iconic writer, adopted (spiritually) Namini, who was a run- of- the- mill kind activist and campaigner of Virasam from Chittor unit and who was only a pamphleteer. The ‘erroneous conceptions’ further averred that Patanjali carved Namini, while explaining the very objective of writing and while advising him to shun writing something unfamiliar and unknown.
Before concluding, I do agree with one of the responders, who acclaimed that Namini’s article is the great tribute to Patanjali. I am also gloomy, melancholic while brooding on the misfortunes of hundreds / thousands of Telugu literary buffs, who could not read this article, owing to their Internet- illiteracy.
